When your reps sign on to ReDeTrack at the start of the day their appointment book is automatically downloaded. This way they should never miss a meeting!

The appointment book is kept up to date throughout the day as they move from one customer to the next.

New appointments can be automatically generated - say 30 days after the last meeting - or be manually entered into their web-based calendar. They and you can access the web-based calendar over the internet, so they don't have to call the office or even show up there to enter new appointments.

If they are carrying stock, they can keep tabs on it as they leave it in the hands of their retailers or collect it for return. You can keep an eye on things too - if you need to know where all your paper-clips are you can get a report from the web-based reporting system.

Financial transactions can also be tracked and your retailers' accounts can be updated while your rep is on site. With a portable printer you can issue receipts, invoices or mini statements while you are there.
